   Very comprehensive. For those of us who are serious composters, I think this is very helpful. However for the general public who you’d want to encourage, I’d recommend trying to simplify it somewhat.

      Thank you both for the comments. If you have additional recommendations about how to simplify the chart I welcome them.

      It is a bit detailed based in the most frequent questions people ask me. Rather than create another list of what can be composted, my goal was to create a flow chart so people can determine the answers themselves. There are a surprising number of variables but hopefully the chart is usable for most people.

   Its a good flowchart. i’m not sure about the shapes used though. I think decision (yes/no) blocks should be represented through diamond shapes
